What’s the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled parking time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
For special event reservations, all sales are final.
If the lot becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, VIP Events Parking will issue a full refund.
Is overnight parking allowed?
Unfortunately, parking is not 24 hours as we will not have attendants available after the end of events.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Square and all major credit/debit cards.
