Reservation & Payment

All reservations must be prepaid online through our secure Square checkout system.
Your reservation guarantees a parking space at VIP Events Parking, 1724 JB Jackson Jr Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210 for the selected date and time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refunds: Reservations may be canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a reservation without cancellation is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Special Events: During concerts, festivals, and sporting events, all reservations are final and non-refundable once booked.

Operator Cancellations: If VIP Events Parking must cancel a reservation due to lot closure, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Parking Rules

Vehicles must be parked only in designated spaces.

Overnight parking is not allowed unless pre-approved.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
